What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Debit cards. Since Covid-19, we've adopted cashless to reduce contact in person.

Is it safe to receive orders?

Health Canada maintains guidance on COVID-19 prevention and risks as well as its main modes of transmission.

What is CA.KE Vintage doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We prioritize the safety and health of our employees and are committed to provide a safe workplace. Mandatory masks and personal protective equipment are provided in our production centre, fulfillment centre and store, temperature screening, enhanced cleaning, and we staggered shifts and start times to add another layer of social distancing. We have also deployed team members to act as safety ambassadors to perform and maintain critical COVID-related efforts at all vending machines. 

What happens if my package is stolen?

Since we use Canada Post and UPS as our postal service, we are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. We can assist you on making claim, however, we will not be able to replace the items.
